ASP Safety Fundamentals Practice Exam

A blacklist specifically contains records of individuals or entities that are restricted from certain privileges or access due to previous negative actions or behaviors. In the context of airports, a blacklist would typically reference records of individuals holding Restricted Area Identification Cards (RAICs) who have exhibited conduct that warrants their exclusion from having security access. This aligns with why option C is the correct choice, as it includes details specifically about individuals who have been deemed a safety or security risk at airports across Canada, thereby making such information vital for maintaining airport security measures.

The other options do not fit the definition of a blacklist. For instance, a list of all employees at an airport would not include information about conduct or behaviors leading to restrictions; nor would a list of authorized personnel, which focuses on individuals permitted access rather than those restricted. Current airport maintenance schedules pertain to operational logistics and have no relation to security or conduct issues that a blacklist would address. This context clarifies the importance of option C in maintaining a secure airport environment.
